Bill Howard has extensive experience in financial services acquired through commercial and international banking, public sector economic development, association management and mortgage brokerage. Among Howard's accomplishments as Director of Economic Development for Howard County Maryland were the mediation, and subsequent acquisition of a major high technology company by a larger, United States' headquartered company and the coordination of conventional state incentive and U.S. Government finance programs leading to the acquisition. This saved 300 jobs and a payroll of $15 Million for Howard County, Maryland.
